[&]List Of Personality: Kind of an introvert, shy, prefers to be on her own. Does not take much interest to business outside of taking care of the steed animals the tribe has. She is loyal to their leader, but Ruska is wary of everything unfamiliar. Because she can’t talk, Ruska listens and does it carefully.

Ruska has started to show some certain hot-headed behaviour and as of late, she has had difficulties on keeping her head cool. She is thirsty for revenge, whenever her loved ones -- either elf or animals -- have been threatened. She is also getting more comfortable with touches, although only Oryn is allowed to touch her at the time.

[&]History: Ruska was born during a harsh time, when there was the coldest winter in ages and food was scarce. She was a weak child to begin with and therefore the female elf got sick a lot during her childhood. One time the sickness was simply too much and it slowly hurt Ruska’s vocal folds and made her unable to speak. Long sick time also made her body to remain small, kind of a runt. Her parents did not care about the smallness of her body, but kept on training Ruska with their best skills, which has now lead to the girl being surprisingly strong.

Instead of speaking, Ruska learned to use expressions and signs to communicate with others. Her sending was never that good, so she used and still uses it rather rarely, mainly focusing on images and feelings rather than words. Her parents, father being a crafter, gave her musical instruments to play, which helped Ruska to express her feelings, not to mention to let others know where she was.

Even if she was trained just as any other Go-Back child, Ruska was pretty much aware she would never reach the skills with swords or other weapons as high as the rest of the tribe, so she took an interest to animal tending and caring. Herders of the tribe taught the girl, how to mend the injuries and how to keep the elks in prime shape, not to mention explaining the breeding and other areas of the animal lore. Maybe it was natural for the small-bodied elf to surround her own self with large animals; Ruska felt the presence of the elks comforting.
Considering how the Go-Backs are a warlike tribe, Ruska did not spend her life without losses. She was lovemated once, and very much adored her lovemate. As the mate got killed in the war between elves and the trolls, Ruska was heart-broken, not willing to let anyone near her anymore, just to spare her feelings. She lost the desire with that one loss.

With time, she allowed one other elf to get into her heart. Oryn wooed her, courted her, showered with gifts and attention, and eventually Ruska was head over heels with him. She was afraid of her own feelings, but could not eventually escape them, and the two became lovemates. She was still afraid of the physical aspects of the relationship, but another war at the threshold made her spend a passionate night with Oryn.

Little did they know that it would result in new life.
Ruska became pregnant; she was scared, Oryn was delighted.

[&]Often seen wearing: Simplistic leather undergarments, topped with fur coat, fur hood and boots, all of different hues of light brown and gray. Lots of belts hang over her body, providing a place to hang some useful tools of taking care of elks. She also carries a somewhat large hunting horn made out of – well – animal’s horn.

[&]Body: Ruska is not fair-skinned elf; her skin tone is turning more in olive or nutlike shade of brown.
[&]Build/Height: Her body type is not very feminine, as she resembles more of a young boy with her lack of curves and flat chest. About the shortest adult of the tribe. Often described as a runt.
[&]Hair: Ruska is towheaded blond, her hair being extremely light and fair and easy to get messy. Her hair is somewhat long and she easily uses it to hide her face.

As mentioned before, Ruska can’t speak, she is mute. Her sending skills are not strong, so she might be hard to communicate with in traditional ways.
