[&]History: 

Born to a very stern father and a nurturing mother, no one was particularly surprised when Frost turned out to be the person she is: honest but intent on taking care of people. From a young age, the blonde elf woman has held a fascination with taking care of people, but she never seemed to have a talent for medicine. Potions she concocted often turned rancid and undrinkable, and stitching people up never ended well.

Her mother, in an attempt to save their tribemates from more stomach aches and foul-smelling salves, redirected her towards the goats - and they discovered that she had a knack for helping animals where she couldn't help elves. Frost's incredible patience and calm was a gift with the nervous and sometimes injured hoofed creatures. Her other personal talent appeared to also be speaking the truth, even when it was unwanted. Children have a knack for repeating things adults say, and if anything, Frost emphasized on this quality and carried it gleefully into adulthood. While it often serves her in good stead, it also causes arguments to blow up, as she simply says what she thinks or what she saw.

As she got older and discovered the joys of lovemates, she also discovered a love for dance. After her first lovers spat - he thought she was frigid; she thought he was stupid - she found that what she had difficulty expressing in words, she could express with her bells and ribbons. It helped solve a good many problems and helped channel many of her frustrations, as well as helping mend a few broken friendships. 

When the tribe broke from Araf, Frost went gladly, even though it meant leaving her parents. Her unwillingness to abide ignorance and intolerance made it an easy choice, though it still pains her that her parents chose to remain. Even now, she is unsure if she could ever forgive her father for siding with the chief who killed out of hatred, or her mother for clinging blindly to someone who would do so.

After her dear friend Kata expressed a desire to be something more, the herder found herself in need of solitude for reflection. She would not leave until a few turns later, taking Whistle with her, to wander and explore past the tribe's usual routes. She has been gone roughly 12 turns.
