Fairstar's birth was the result of the first Spawning ritual to occur at New Cove. Her parents were overjoyed to have her, and the promise of new life in a new pod. But her time as a baby was shadowed by a huge storm and the discovery of a Maraeva.
As she grew, she found herself drawn to the things her parents were doing. Helping her mother and uncle with the cooking. Picking up the basic skill-set crafting from her father. Though her interests in that regard soon skewed toward the making of beautiful things, in contrast to her father's more practical works.
She is particularly curious about the past of the tribe. The elves she never knew, the places she never lived in. She particularly likes to ask things of Spraysong, in the hopes of reviving any secrets of jewel craft that died with Sinsiew.
[&]Often seen wearing:
A deep purple bikini top with lavender accents over the bust which are sewn to resemble seashells. With a lavender skirt that has deep purple trim. Her top is lined with strings of tiny pearls. Two gold bracelets on her left wrist, a pink jewel embedder in a gold bauble on her right. For earrings she has three pearls in each ear lobe.

Her skin is very fair medium tan color. Her ears have the shape of a sea shell. Round, perpetually happy, face.
[&]Height/Build: Shortest of her agemates, slender with curvy. [&]Hair: Platinum blonde. Quite wavy when cut short, but she wears it so long (well past her waist) that its own weight smoothest out the curves. Only her bangs are trimmed, at level with her eyebrows.

Special Possessions: A small carving of a wolf, not very detailed. A gift from Stonecarver upon his first visit to the Wavedancer's pod, when she was a baby. This following a very friendly meeting between the pip and his wolf Jasper.
