History: Oahni was born and raised as the son of a fisherman and female warrior and followed his mother’s footsteps also becoming a warrior and scout. His life was much like others, loving and peaceful in their homes. He and his younger brother were raised well and, had all manner of adventure when they were children. When they lost their parents to one of the more violent encounter with Humans, he began raising his younger brother, Lotan, and together they faced each day with vigor and good humor.

Oahni shared his warrior and scout training with his younger brother and counseled him in ways of protecting himself, each other and their pod, but all the while he would traipse around with his brother on any whimsical moment they could, often with their friend Iraelia in tow. As time and many adventures ensued, Iraelia and Oahni’s relationship evolved into that of lovemates and he found himself quite taken with the lovely, cheerful and adventurous dancer.

Even as they grew into adulthood the trio’s bond remained close and happy as they would often all find themselves getting into all manner of adventure and enjoying the closeness of their youth. This would unfortunately all change when, in the last attack by the Humans, he stayed behind defending the pod against the attacking group and forced his younger brother Lotan to flee with Iraelia. The fighting was heavy, and Oahni fought bravely, although his heart was heavy at the thoughts of possibly not being a part of his brother’s, Iraelia’s and his pod’s life in the future. Oahni was knocked out during the battle eventually regaining consciousness as he was found and rescued by Sandskimmer of the Broken Mountain Pod.

Since the battle, Oahni has returned to the pod with his new friend Sandskimmer and worked to re-establish relationships, friendships and re-integrate himself into the pod. He entered into a three mating with River and Iraelia. He found when he returned to the new pod he was unlike his old self and was suffering from anxiety from the attack on Broken Mountain and acted too over protective of Iraelia. Unwilling to continue with his rash and angry behavior he left to return home and seek his old self. While he was gone he found his center once again with the help of his old podmates, and is ready bring his re-found happiness back to the new pod.

Hair: Shaved except for a Mohawk that flows down to mid-back in long spikes. Bright red at the temple, fading to a dark purple down his back.
Eyes: Golden
Build: stocky, muscular, compact and bulky, on the short side but athletic and quick on his feet. Oahni's warrior and scout training keep him very fit. He has wide shoulders and well developed muscles and he is quite graceful when he dances. His skin is a warm tan brown from spending much of his time above water.
Appearance: He has webbing in his ears and between his fingers and toes but does not have any fins on his arms or legs.
