Sunset has a knack of dramatics, and he is a passionate personality – it means that if he was to fall in love, he would seriously go head over heels for the elf that got his attention. Once won over, he can be really affectionate and touchy-feely. He loves to love and hates to hate. He can be pretty easy-going, unless the subject is something dear to his heart. He aims to be pleasant company to anyone approaching him. He is also kind of a flatterer, giving a lot of praise, where the praise is due.

[&]History:
Born to Shinescale and Thundercloud, Sunset was a child of Recognition, and the grandson of a greatly talented healer Storm. Sunset inherited the magical skills of his grandfather and he was eventually taught by his grandfather, naturally. He grew pretty much close with his elder relative, while the relationship to his hard-working parents remained somewhat distant  and nothing deeper came out of it, except for taking care of the basic needs. Sunset’s parents would’ve liked to teach young Sunset more of skills other than healing or shaping, but Storm was stubborn and decided on polishing the skills of his grandchild possessed with ease.

As the history of Wavedancers has been stormy and survival has been a struggle, it was natural there was casualties. His parents – despite being hardworking and talented – did not survive all the fights and disasters the pod had to go through, and secretly the young healer was sad he had not been able to be there to help. Storm disappeared – ironic enough – during a horrid storm, when the pod was yet again on the move. Honouring his grandfather’s teachings, Sunset started working on his skills and helped all those in need – but he had also learned not to do it for free.

Losses in his tribe made him boil inside, yearning for more knowledge and experience. Especially since his mate Vapor had asked -- pleaded -- for a pip of her own, and Sunset had learned she was not able to carry a child. After a lot of arguing and discussion with his Crowns and his mate, he had decided he'd leave the pod to travel and find other pods with healers, in hopes of learning more of them. He has been gone for a whole turn of seasons.

[&]Often seen wearing: Dark blue loincloth woven of sea grass or seaweed. Leather straps woven around his arms, adorned with pearls.

[&]Body: Noble bone structure on the face, the face is kind of narrow oval shape. His nose is straight and narrow as well. His skin is tanned and has stripes a tad darker than his own skin. Stripes are not like tiger or zebra stripes, but they are closer to tropical fish’ stripes. Stripes are a result of his grandfather’s teaching on the field of flesh shaping. Sunset has webbed ears, hands and feet – the webbing on those parts are close to his eyecolour, and they have a certain shine on them in direct sunlight. He also has sharp fins on his upper arms and legs. Fins are the same colour as the webbing on his ears, hands and feet.
[&]Height/Build: Sunset is one of the tallest elves in the pod, at 5'5". He has lean swimmer's muscles.
