Vapor is rather energetic, but knows when to be calm. Though she doesn't enjoy others being so Serious as well as herself, she's aware there is a time and place for it.. Just so happens, she gets serious when anyone in her pod has been hurt or there is a change that is too much for her. Vapor tries hard to refrain from getting angry. Somewhat bottles it up, and lets it loose when she is alone. 
She enjoys having eyes on her because she believes she is something pretty enough to look at. Though, not really vain, she doesn't mind getting down and dirty, for beauty is natural, not something that needs constant work. Though she loves to cuddles and sleep with others, she hasn't given her heart or soul to any others, but she does wish to do so in time.

History: Vapor Was born of recognition as well as her brother, Riptide. Maris, Vapor's mother was a hunter and gatherer. Her father more gentle, a cook and a pip sitter. Their love created Vapor And Riptide. Vapor was a curious child, always on the go. Though whenever the landers came, she was hidden with the rest of the pips and her father watching over them.. But Vapor hated it. Even at a young age, she didn't like sitting around doing nothing but waiting in fear. Her and Riptide would often argue with their father. During one of the times that humans came, Vapor hid before they could stuff her in a room to be protected. Her absence caused a stir, but Speck had to stay with the pips. So Vapor made her way to battle. Maris surprised to see her daughter and angry, but couldn't do much about it.. Too many landers. Vapor came to learn of her Shielding magic when she saw her mother killed. She held Maris while providing a protective bubble from the human's attacks. She blames her self for her mother's death. 

As the many years passed, Speck remained with his daughter and son while they grew into great elves. Riptide recognized with Kaia, and eventually had a baby. Vapor was so happy for them. That day when she saw her young nephew's cheeky face, she felt her heart melt. She no longer just wanted into beds for fun. But for the hope that she would be given a child. But.. Then a day came, more landers invaded and they fought, as always. But Riptide was lost in battle. Outnumbered, the pod fled with as many as they could, but Kaia, Syava and Speck were presumed lost. Many of the wavedancer's fled.. Vapor was not quite willing to run from a fight... Especially when she had no idea where her family was or whether or not they were still alive. SinSiew, Vapor close friend practically had to drag the shielder away. Vapor had exhausted her magic that day and could no longer throw out shields. And Speck had told Vapor, as well as the crowns that in such situations.. Because the attacks were becoming more frequent, that Vapor should go with the escapees to help protect them in the future. But when the moment came.. Vapor was not willing to run. And so she was drug away instead. And much later on.. She had found out that her father and nephew still live. 

Vapor grew to love the attention from others. She enjoyed laying in bed cuddling just as much as she did hunting for prey. She often uses her magic to supply air when she is not ready to surface. Vapor's love of adventure never faded. She enjoys the thrill of the game. Even when fighting the landers she gets a rush. Often the thrill has gotten her into trouble with the pod.

Vapor's life on the new cove seemed like a bright one. Her friends were glowing with new parenthood and Vapor and Sunset had become decided to try lovemating. The harsh colds were causing some worry but otherwise things seemed fine.. Until.. 
One day, Sinsiew decided she'd go on a gathering hunt and Vapor happily joined. SinSiew had wanted to find new pretties to turn into jewelry and Vapor was game for just about anything. And it was a chance for the jeweler to have a break from her new born. During their gathering, Vapor had found a beautiful fish. It looked like it was glowing green! The shielder decided to follow the strange fish. She hadn't realized how far she had gone until she heard SinSiew's desperate send. Vapor tried to return as fast as she could but it had been too late. SinSiew's life was gone, her soul finding peace in the palace. Vapor was heart broken. Her best friend had died and if she was closer.. she may have been able to prevent it.

After the death Vapor felt depressed for a while, thought she still tried to smile and carry on. Luckily enough.. She Sunset who calmed her broken heart and mind.

With the babies all around, she had been feeling rather odd. Jealousy, sure. But something more and her stomach ached with the thought, but why. And when she went to Sunset to have him force a baby between them, he told her something was wrong. Slowly, her memories were being poured back into her. When she was young, and went on a hunt, the small shark, known for whipping its tail had whipped her in the abdomen. "Walk it off." She told herself. No sense in going to a healer if she wasn't bleeding. But the bruise was noticeable, and she began to get sick, and wouldn't eat. When the healer looked at her, he found the cause. The shark had severely damaged her womb and now it was decaying inside of her, and it was too far gone for it to be healed.  Her uterus had to be removed completely. Storm did the procedure, giving her a combination of herbs to put her to sleep while using a knife to carefully cut her open. He used magic to ensure the pain wouldn't wake her. When it was all done, he healed the scar, and Vapor woke up several hours later. No bruise, no scar, no pain. Nothing. The memory of the shark was still there. But she didn't know at the time exactly what happened, and the memory was forced out until this moment. Vapor could not physically have a pip of her own. And she hated it. 

The Mareava came and the pod with help from the wolf riding cousins, killed the beast, and their water will once again be clean again. Vapor struggles to not show her depression of not being able to conceive, but when new parents happily cradle their young, she can't help it when a tear streaks her face. Uwahi, Candeo and Spraysong leave, (and Fereng.. but they weren't that close anyways.)  She feels a sort of emptiness in her, when her closest agemates walk out of her life. But she still has Sunset. And she feels she is depending on him more then ever before. 

Often seen wearing:
Longdays- Her top is made of net with  Two light milky pink shells cover her breasts and net wrap around the rest of her upper torso and ties in the back. Her bottom is a dark gray bikini with net completing it as shorts. She also has a belt holding a net and two daggers. A new choker with a beautiful purple jewel made by Sinsiew.
Whitecold- Seal skin covering her whole body other then her spiked upper arms and anywhere with her fins. She has an otter fur 'cape'. The seal leather is also adorned with lightly stained circles to compliment her magical ability. 
Hair: Dark purplish-red. Crimpy. Half pulled back into a bun with pearls wrapped around it. The rest down. Reaches a bit past her shoulders.
Eyes: A pale pinkish color. Big, happy looking. Long lashes. 
Skin: A very light purple pale shade. 
Body: Feminine and charming in each way she moves. She has fins on her calves and forearms as well as webbed fingers. Spikes along her upper arms, similar to Skimback's. Her ears somewhat finned as well. 
Height/Build: 4'7" She is fit, thin, and curvy. Her muscles are toned, and she has an hourglass figure.
